Barcelona Atletic Players in Pre Season

The lack of new entries has forced Pep Guardiola to include several Barcelona Atletic players in the squad for at least the London stage of the pre-season, from July 21st to 26th, reports
Sport.

Many of the international players of Barcelona's first team will also not be in this leg of the pre-season. Xavi, Busquets, Puyol, Piqué and Dani Alves played the Confederations Cup, while Messi also has a few more days of rest. Bojan Krkic, who played the European under21 in Sweden, also has permission to begin later.

This means that for the London stage, Guardiola will not have seven of his senior members, and hence he has had to pull a few players from the junior team.

Players like Jonathan dos Santos, Gai Assulin, Rochin, Botía, Oier, Miño, Espasandín, Font and Thiago could thus have their chance this summer.

Yea, I guess the lack of transfers is good for them.

Do you think competition like these gets airtime? Sure would love to see them live or recordings. I usually turn to Justin.tv for live streams.

No idea buj, it would be nice if they do. Out here, even the Copa final got no airtime.

Do these streaming thingies need a really fast net?

Yes, if HQ feeds but the ones I usually see with is ADSL and once even my 3G broadband, kind of stuttering a bit (due to buffering lag)with the 3G but fairly reasonable viewing.

If you want to try it, go to any one of the sports channels (or any ch)available now on Justin.tv.

Yea, would love to read your opinion on any of them considering Barca's difficulty securing transfers, some of them for sure will be promoted as backup. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing the abilities of K9.
